1. How long are the gift vouchers valid?
Our gift vouchers are valid for up to three years from the date of purchase. If there is any credit remaining on the expiry date, it will be cancelled and cannot be used for future purchases.
2. Where can I redeem my gift voucher?
You can only redeem your gift voucher in The Dark Tenor online shop. The voucher cannot be used for purchases at the merch stand at concerts or from third-party providers such as Eventim, Reservix or other providers.
3. Can I exchange, cancel or change my gift voucher?
The gift voucher is a payment method that is treated like cash, meaning it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged for cash.
4. What can I do if the balance on my gift card is not enough to cover my purchase?
You can use more than one voucher per order and you can also use another payment method if the balance of your voucher(s) is insufficient.
5. What happens if I don't use all of my credit on an order?
After you make your purchase, the remaining balance will be saved for next time, but it must be used before the expiration date.
